Retired 2019, Founding Member, Managing Director, Eland Capital Partners

Nadja Fidelia is a Founding Member at Eland Capital Partners, a division of The Williams Capital Group, L.P.  In July of 2008 she left her position as a managing director at Lehman Brothers after twenty years of service.  Among her many accomplishments at Lehman was co-heading and co-founding the Partnership Solutions Group (PSG), a unique Wall Street initiative started in 2004 that was a commercial platform to proactively develop business opportunities with women and minority-owned firms that operate as broker dealers, hedge funds, private equity, commercial banks, real estate and asset management.  In addition to being honored with the Securities Industry Association (“SIA”) Diversity Innovative Leadership Award, the PSG business launched Lehman Brothers’ first Private Equity Emerging Manager Fund.  The Harvard Business School illustrated the PSG model as a case study in its 2009 curriculum.

That is one side to her story.  The other side is that Nadja Fidelia is a graduate of the New York Theological Seminary (NYTS) Master of Divinity degree program, and a 2012 Doctor of Ministry graduate.  Her project and thesis was on spiritual empowerment of women in the workplace and society.  Dr. Fidelia is a member of Grace Baptist Church in Mount Vernon, and has worked with Grace Congregational Church and Ekklesia, an innovative church of the homeless in New York City.  She currently serves on the board of The New York Theological Seminary (NYTS) and has served on the boards of the Apollo Theater, Alvin Ailey Foundation, Baruch College, and the advisory board of Fiver Children’s Foundation.  She is fluent in both French and Spanish.  Her son graduated from George Washington University.  She resides in New Rochelle, New York.
